We mainly collect personal information through our ticketing website (for example, when you purchase tickets or create an account with us), although personal information may also be collected from you in person, in writing, by telephone, when you download our mobile applications or make a donation. Facebook, Twitter), subscribe to a blog, e-bulletin, make a comment on our webpage or provide information via other electronic means.

12.3 the pages you accessed and the documents downloaded;
12.4 the previous site you have visited; and
12.5 the type of browser you are using.

13. MWF will not attempt to identify you or your browsing activities. However, in the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our Internet Service Provider’s logs.

14. Our website does not use session cookies for anonymous site visitors. However, administrators of the webpage (not members of the general public) will have session cookies stored on their machine for the duration of each log in. Cookies can be either persistent or session based. Persistent cookies are stored on your computer, contain an expiration date, and may be used to track your browsing behaviour upon return to the issuing website. Session cookies are short-lived, are only used during a browsing session, and expire when you quite your browser.

Use and disclosure of personal information

Personal information may also be disclosed to our, or our business partners’, contracted service providers, including but not limited to customer service staff, sales agents, marketing people, advisers and IT and internet service providers. If at any time you no longer wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe or otherwise let us know, and your details will be removed from relevant databases.

In subscribing to our newsletter, e-bulletin or other services and by posting comments on our website or responding to blogs you may provide us with personal information relating to other individuals. If you provide us with personal information about other individuals, you must have obtained their consent to provide their personal information to us.

You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

25. MWF does not warrant that this site, its servers, or emails from MWF are free of viruses or other harmful components. MWF will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

26. MWF attempts to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions of the events. However, MWF does not warrant that event descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
