Giselle Au-Nhien Nguyen

Giselle Au-Nhien Nguyen is a Vietnamese–Australian writer based in Melbourne exploring feminism, relationships, mental health and pop culture through a personal lens. She writes regular columns for Daily Life and Scum Mag, and has had her writing featured in publications including Rookie, Frankie, BuzzFeed, The Lifted Brow and i-D, as well as the feminist anthology Doing It: Women Tell The Truth About Great Sex. Nguyen is currently writing her first book – a memoir exploring the parallels and intersections of her upbringing in suburban Sydney and her parents’ journey as Vietnamese refugees.
