Dave Graney’s Poetry Jam

Troubadour, raconteur, and sartorial prodigy Dave Graney performs selected readings from the works of controversial genius John Cowper Powys – described by critics as both ‘the only novelist in English comparable to Dostoyevsky’ and ‘a tedious, long-winded bore.’

Limited seating with plenty of standing room available.

Session Artists

Dave Graney played with the Moodists from 1978 to 1986, then with the White Buffaloes/Coral Snakes from 1987-1997, before performing in the Royal Dave Graney Show and Lurid Yellow Mist. Graney has been involved in roughly 30 album releases and is the author of three books, the most recent of which, WORKSHY, was released in October 2017. Graney presents a radio show on Melbourne’s 3RRR102.7FM every week.
