Growing Pains

Sat 10 Sep, 4.30pm

Family breakdowns, fear of rejection, secrets and heartbreak…when it comes to being a teenager, it's complicated. And when you're in a new town, find yourself surrounded by not-quite-grown-up grown-ups, or are just anxious…all of the time, where are you meant to go for guidance? Hear from a panel of some of the most exciting YA authors in Australia as they share insight into their stories about young people finding courage and conviction amidst hardship. Featuring Miranda Luby (Sadie Starr’s Guide to Starting Over) and Rhiannon Wilde (Where You Left Us), in discussion with Demet Divaroren.
