Join the ABC News Breakfast host for an intimate discussion with her friends and colleagues, ABC’s Leigh Sales (appearing live via video) and Ben Knight, about Daring to Fly, her account of processing trauma, conquering fear, and learning to report on horror while still holding on to joy.

Ben Knight is a senior reporter for ABC News Victoria. He previously worked as a reporter for Four Corners and as an ABC correspondent based in Jerusalem and Washington.

Lisa Millar is the author of Daring to Fly: Facing Fear and Finding Joy on a Deadline. She is the co-host of ABC News Breakfast and spent 12 years as a foreign correspondent for the ABC in Washington DC and Europe, covering historic stories of the past two decades.

Leigh Sales AM is one of Australia’s most respected journalists. As the anchor of the ABC’s flagship current affairs program, 7.30, she has interviewed dozens of world leaders and celebrities. She has interviewed every living Australian prime minister and also anchors the ABC’s federal election coverage.
