In this headline event of the MWF Teens program, some of the best YA authors in the country share a brand-new, original story on the theme of ‘thwarted ambitions’. From tales of their own dashed hopes to the foiled dreams of literary heroes and pop culture icons, this star-studded line-up of writers explores the many ways we face up to falling short. Featuring Sarah Ayoub (The Cult of Romance), Alice Boyle (Dancing Barefoot), Alison Evans (Highway Bodies), Tobias Madden (Anything But Fine) and Astrid Scholte (League of Liars).
