Krissy Kneen is guided through her current creative roadblocks by acclaimed writer Cate Kennedy in this fascinating insight into her writing process. Audience members are invited to leave messages of creative support for Kneen as she returns to the studio to complete her new book.

Session Artists

Cate Kennedy writes fiction, nonfiction and poetry and her work has been published internationally and translated into French, German and Mandarin. Her most recent poetry collection, The Taste of River Water, won the Victorian Premier's poetry award in 2011. She is currently working on a new novel.

Krissy Kneen is the award-winning author of memoir Affection and fiction books An Uncertain Grace, Steeplechase, Triptych, The Adventures of Holly White and the Incredible Sex Machine, and the Thomas Shapcott Award–winning poetry collection Eating My Grandmother. She has written and directed broadcast documentaries for SBS and ABC.
