1. This website is owned, operated and maintained by Melbourne Writer’s Festival Inc (MWF), an incorporated association (ABN 29 367 097 058).
2. By continuing to browse and use this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of website use (Terms and Conditions), which, together with MWF Privacy Policy, governs your relationship with MWF in relation to your access to and use of this website. The website must not be used for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the website, you fully accept these terms, conditions and disclaimers. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please stop using this website. MWF is entitled, at its sole discretion, to amend, add or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You should periodically read these Terms and Conditions. If you continue to use this website after any such change to these Terms and Conditions, you will be deemed to agree to the amended Terms and Conditions.
3. If you use this website to make a payment to MWF, or obtain a ticket or pass to attend a MWF event, then the following additional Terms of Sale will also.

    2. in the case of goods other than goods of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal domestic or household use or consumption, the replacement or repair of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods or the payment of the costs of replacing or repairing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods; or
    3. the refund of any donations made through the website.
  5. Nothing in this limitation of liability shall exclude liabilities not permitted to be excluded by applicable law.
