Richard Fidler

Richard Fidler is the author of several books that blend history with travel memoir and mythology. His most recent book, The Book of Roads & Kingdoms, is a compendium of stories from travellers who journeyed out from medieval Baghdad to the furthest reaches of the known world. Richard also presents Conversations on ABC Radio, a long form, in-depth interview program, which attracts a large listening audience around Australia.
