Alice Zaslavsky

Alice Zaslavsky is an internationally acclaimed author, broadcaster and taste-maker. Her cookbooks are published across 15 countries, in 7 different languages, helping people across the globe to shift the way they think about cooking – especially veg.

‘You've Got This’, Alice’s recipe column in The Guardian, and 'Ask Alice' advice column in The Age/SMH Good Food, encourages cooks of all abilities to get into the kitchen, and use what they’ve got – be it ingredient, skill, or gadget. Alice is the Culinary Correspondent for ABC News Breakfast and ABC Radio, and host of A Bite to Eat with Alice, weeknights on ABC TV.

She’s also the creator of Phenomenom, an innovative digital toolkit helping teachers and parents connect kids with food in meaningful ways. You’ll find her on the socials as @AliceinFrames.
