  Marek Kowalkiewicz

  Marek Kowalkiewicz is a Professor at QUT Business School. Listed among the Top 100 Global Thought Leaders in Artificial Intelligence by thinkers360, Kowalkiewicz has led global innovation teams in Silicon Valley, was a Research Manager of a Machine Learning lab in Singapore, and a Research Fellow at Microsoft Research Asia. The Economy of Algorithms: AI and The Rise of the Digital Minions is his first book.

  Toby Walsh

  Toby Walsh is Chief Scientist of UNSW.AI, UNSW's  new AI Institute. He is a Fellow of the Australia Academy of Science, and was named on the international 'Who's Who in AI' list of influencers. He has written four books on AI for a general audience, the most recent is Faking It! Artificial Intelligence in A Human World.
