  Candice Chung is a writer, editor and a former restaurant reviewer for The Sun Herald. Her work has appeared in The Guardian, The Sydney Morning Herald, Good Food, The Australian Gourmet Traveller, SBS Food, Griffith Review and more. She is a founding member of Diversity in Food Media Australia, which supports and promotes underrepresented voices in the food industry.

  Cynthia Timoti

  Cynthia Timoti writes fun multicultural romcoms with plenty of heart and snark, where happy endings are always guaranteed. She was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, and moved to Australia when she was seventeen. She studied Commerce at the University of Melbourne, and spent too many years working in finance, even though numbers aren’t her strongest suit. When she isn’t writing, she's probably trying to make a dent in her TBR pile, hunting for the perfect cup of bubble tea, and collecting pretty notebooks that she’ll never use. Cynthia currently resides in Melbourne with her husband and two sons.

  Diem Nguyen is The Wheeler Centre’s Program Producer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Gender Studies and a Master of Arts and Cultural Management, both from the University of Melbourne.

  Dominic Amerena's work has been widely published and he's won numerous prizes, grants and fellowships. I Want Everything is his first novel, appearing with Summit Books Australia and Scribner UK.

  Isabella Eichler-Onus

  Isabella Eichler-Onus is a proud Gunditjmara writer living in Naarm. She is studying a Bachelor of Creative Writing at the University of Melbourne and has published poetry with Red Room Poetry and Voiceworks. Her work explores themes of identity, cultural connection and the intricate relationship between land and body. You can find her Instagram.

  Jacinta Le Plastrier

  Jacinta Le Plastrier is a Melbourne/Naarm-based writer, poet, essayist, editor and publisher. Her writing, journalism, criticism and poetry have appeared in multiple anthologies, along with The Guardian, The Age, Sydney Morning Herald, Australian Book Review, ABC 24 Hours, The Wheeler Centre (Hot Desk Fellowship), sick leave journal, Cordite and Meanjin, among others. She is the former Chief Executive at the national poetry body, Australian Poetry, where she also sat as Publisher. This role included the co-founding of the Best of Australian Poems annual series with Toby Fitch and Ellen van Neerven. Jacinta also has a private practice of writing and teaching on the supernatural.

  Rachel Ang

  Rachel Ang is an artist and writer who makes comics. Their work has previously been published in international journals such as The New Yorker and kuš!, and Australian periodicals like The Age and Meanjin. Their new book, a graphic short story collection titled I Ate The Whole World to Find You, is available now. Rachel has a Masters degree in Architecture from RMIT and lives on Wurundjeri country with her family.
